    Intuitive Coaching Packages are available for 3 or 6 months, helping you unlock areas of your life that seem out of reach. This could include connecting with your intuition, improving relationships, or creating your ideal job and lifestyle.

    In our sessions, I connect with Spirit and your Higher Self to uncover the reasons for these blocks and provide the personalised tools required to dissolve anything standing in your way.

    These packages aim to spark change and keep you on track toward your goals. Often, we are the ones stopping ourselves from achieving our dreams—let’s change that!

    With monthly 1-on-1 coaching sessions, personalised assignments and weekly check-ins you can achieve anything your heart desires!

  • The intention with Intuitive Energy Healing is to offer you clarity and guidance on anything which may be troubling you or holding you back at the moment.

    This could be anything from relationship/family/career issues to physical ailments or limiting beliefs and blockages. These sessions are tailored to you and your specific requirements so if you have something specific you’d like to focus on, just let me know.

    Every session is different because your energy and situation is unique but a basic overview would look like this:

    After a quick chat, I do a read of your energy by intuitively connecting with your body and energetic field. This helps me pinpoint any blockages, attachments or overactivity that may be present.

    To guide you through whatever arises, I dive into my energetic toolkit and utilise one or multiple of the following modalities:

    • Trauma-Informed Coaching

    • Intuitive Mediumship

    • Tarot & Oracle readings

    • Crystal Energy Healing

    • Guided Visualisation

    We end the session by talking through what came up for you and I can answer any questions you may have.

    It is most likely you will be tired after energy work so I recommend resting for the remainder of the day and even the next day if possible. Please be gentle with yourself and drink lots of water - it helps the cleared energy move out of your body faster.

    The effects of the session last long after we part ways so if anything pops up days or weeks after, you can email me directly to discuss. I am always happy to help in any way I can.

  • All I ask is that you come to our session with an open heart and mind. This will allow you to gain maximum benefit from our time together.

    If you feel inclined, you may like to sit for a few moments prior to do some gentle breathing. Perhaps even bringing your awareness to areas of your life you are seeking clarity or guidance.

    And if you have any specific questions you'd like to ask Spirit or your own higher consciousness, please have them to hand.

    These modalities are all highly potent and the energy transcends space and time. That means you don’t need to be with me in person for the healing energy to have an effect.

    Sessions are held on Zoom and last for approximately 60 minutes but please allow up to 90 minutes just in case!

    A Zoom link for your appointment will be sent with your booking confirmation.

    In-person appointment times are very limited and exclusively for Intuitive Energy Healing sessions. I am located in Helena Valley, Western Australia. The full address is provided on booking.

    Should you need to reschedule, this can be done via your booking confirmation or booking reminder email up to 24 hours before your appointment time.
